Pricing & Fees
How much does a rental cost?
Pricing varies by rental type. All of our prices are listed upfront on each rental page — no surprises. For campers, prices range from $99 to $175 per night with a 3-night minimum. Refrigerated trailers start at $175 per day. Smokers start at $150 per day. The luxury restroom trailer starts at $900 per day. Cargo trailers start at $99 per day.

Are there hidden fees?
No. Upfront, honest pricing is one of the things we're most committed to. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is calculated separately at $4 per mile one way — that's it. No fuel surcharges, no setup fees, no mystery charges at pickup.
Do you offer discounts?
We work hard to keep our prices fair and competitive for everyone — which means we don't mark up our prices only to discount them later. We do not offer discounts from our published rates. What you see is already our best price.
Do you offer weekly and monthly rates?
Yes — and weekly and monthly rates are always better than daily rates. Our online booking system calculates daily rates automatically. For weekly and monthly pricing, call us at 615-229-5775 and we'll put together a quote.
Delivery & Setup
What is your delivery fee?
Delivery is $4 per mile one way from our location in Lascassas, Tennessee. We deliver within a 50-mile radius. Delivery includes setup at your location — we don't just drop it and leave.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 50 miles of Lascassas, Tennessee. This covers most of Middle Tennessee including Murfreesboro, Nashville, Smyrna, Lebanon, Shelbyville, and surrounding areas.
If you're outside our 50-mile radius and need a rental, give us a call — in some cases we can make arrangements for longer distances.
What does setup include?
We deliver your rental and set it up at your location before we leave. For campers that means leveling, hookups, and making sure everything is working. For the luxury restroom trailer that means full setup and stocking. For smokers, grills, and cargo trailers that means positioning and securing. You don't need to do anything except show up.
Camper Rentals
What is the minimum rental period for campers?
All camper rentals require a minimum of 3 nights. Our online booking system will reflect this automatically. If you need a shorter rental for a special situation, call us at 615-229-5775 and we'll see what we can do.
What is included with a camper rental?
Each camper comes with a full list of included items specific to that unit. In general our rentals include everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you think you need something that isn't listed, give us a call — we'll do our best to help.
Can I take the camper out of state?
Yes — our customers regularly take our campers on long trips. We've had rentals travel over 2,000 miles. We deliver within 50 miles of Lascassas, but once the trailer is in your possession you can take it wherever your adventure leads.
Insurance & Roadside Assistance
Is insurance required?
Yes — insurance is required for all rentals. There is no option to rent without insurance. You have two options:
Option 1 — Use your own insurance: Provide us with an auto insurance binder showing your insurance company will cover the rental. Reach out after you've gathered that information and we'll upload your documents to your reservation.
Option 2 — Purchase third-party insurance through us: We can set up third-party insurance coverage for your rental. Contact our staff at the time of booking to get this arranged.
Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes — roadside assistance is available as an add-on option through our booking system. We strongly recommend adding it, especially for longer trips or if you're not comfortable changing a tire on the road.
Issues & Support
What happens if there's an issue with my rental?
If you experience any issues during your rental, reach out to us immediately by call, text, or email. We're a local family business — when something goes wrong, we respond.
If a rental unit develops an issue that prevents you from using it, we will refund you the amount for the unused nights. We do our best to maintain all equipment in top condition, but sometimes things happen. When they do, we'll work to accommodate you as best we can.
Can I contact you after hours?
Absolutely. If you have one of our rentals and something goes wrong after hours, we are here to help. We provide an emergency contact number at the time of pickup so you always have a way to reach us — day or night.
